3rd Annual Halloween Party at Haunted Philippe Restaurant
September 19, 2012
Golden State Haunts and Events along with Valley Investigators of the Paranormal will be hosting its 3rd Annual Halloween Party at the Haunted Philippe Restaurant in Downtown Los Angeles for the Paranormal field and Haunt industry. Philippe, an old building which is now a restaurant, serves arguably the best French Dip sandwiches in Southern California. Also worthy of trying are the chili with a bag of Fritos. Everyone attending MUST get something to eat. The minimum is $7.The building has been used for many purposes throughout the years, most notably the upstairs being used as a bordello. Have the chance to come face-face with the lady in white if you dare. We’ve held our Halloween party here for the past two years and have always captured great evidence. Last year, VIP founder Erik Vanlier captured about 4-5 EVPs alone. The first year we held our party we saw a door in one of the hallways that had been locked open by itself. So, come out, meet some fellow investigators or haunt enthusiasts, eat some incredible food and hopefully have a paranormal experience. We will be upstairs. Ask for Rob Hernandez.
When: October 12th @ 8:00PM
Where: Philippe Original

Sounds like fun. Can anyone go?
RC
Yes. Everyone can and is ENCOURAGED to come. We will be upstairs where the bordello used to be. We would love to meet new people who are into the paranormal or are part of the haunt industry. Tell your friends too please.
Is there a cost to attend and do you need to buy tickets??
There are no tickets. We just ask everyone who shows up to buy food since they’re letting us use their space.
Have LOOOVED Philippe’s forever!! How old is the building and when did the restaurant take it over???
It was a machine shop in the early 1900′s and became Philippe’s in 1951.
Do we need to be there right at 8 or can we come later?
You can get there later. They close at 10. Just make sure to spend at least $7 on food.
